I have experience working with clients of all ages, including high school students and young adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges and work toward their goals.
My approach is a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
I have enjoyed working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family dynamics—particularly teens who are navigating issues with parents or other relational conflicts.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and develop the tools they need to thrive.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional and behavioral challenges. By focusing on practical strategies and problem-solving, CBT empowers clients to manage stress, build resilience, and improve overall well-being.
For those facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or family conflicts, CBT provides tools to develop healthier coping mechanisms and improve communication skills. This approach is especially beneficial for teens navigating complex relationships with parents or peers, offering them structured support to process emotions and create a positive change in their daily lives.
Outside of work I love enjoying the outdoors whether that be hiking, hunting, or fishing. I also enjoy staying active and playing sports.
As a former college athlete, I have a deep appreciation for teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth, values I incorporate into my daily life and into my work.
