With a passion for serving others through marriage and family therapy, I bring compassion and evidence-based techniques to my work as a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.

My approach is centered on empowering individuals, couples, teens, and women of all ages to navigate life’s challenges and build healthier relationships.

Married for forty years and the mother of five grown children, I draw on my personal experiences to connect with clients and provide practical support.

I focus on helping clients navigate grief, working toward healing and closure in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment. By integrating psychoeducation with real-life experiences, I assist clients in building communication skills, developing intimacy, and fostering meaningful connections. Together, we walk the path to wellbeing, one step at a time.

Outside the Office

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, traveling, and exploring God’s beautiful creation in the great outdoors.

These personal joys keep me grounded and refreshed, allowing me to bring energy and focus to every counseling relationship.
